Contraindications: Contraindicated for those taking steroids and those with high blood pressure or on high blood pressure medications. Caution when there is edema, hyperglycemia, or osteoporosis. Caution in those with calcium/potassium deficiencies as Licorice Root may inhibit their absorption.
